I love this time of year! If they could bottle Autumn and sell it, I wouldn't need any other meds. Seriously. Every morning when I get home from my rounds (taking the boys to school), I feel so happy to be at this particular moment in my life. I love that we live in Draper, I love that my kids are all in school (and happy), I love that Rich's business is successful (and that he loves what he does), I love that Ashli is at BYU, and I love that I no longer work full-time. I love that we have a house with plenty of room, I love that my family is slowly (but surely) making their way out here, I love that Rich's business partner is his best friend, and I love being almost 40. I love that I get to nuzzle my face in Gavin's neck whenever I want, I love that my sisters' kids are still young enough for me to enjoy spoiling, but that's all I have to do. I love that my kids want to choose the right. I love that I have all the time in the world to be a mom. I love that the Lord is gently helping me to be a better me. I know that life won't always be this happy or fulfilling, but I love that it is right now.

I hate bad drivers.

You and I are alike in so many ways..., especially in our love of Autumn! My favorite thing was always walking across the patio, swishing my feet through those awesome crackly-sounding big oak leaves off of PeeWee's tree. I couldn't figure why we don't have many of those leaves anymore, and then I remembered we had a tree man come cut down the overhanging branches... Oh well.... Can't wait to see you! Love you bunches!
